EdgedUp is a quantitative simulation platform for prediction market analysis. The Service provides Monte Carlo simulation, probability modeling, and analytical tools for educational and informational purposes. EdgedUp is not a prediction market, exchange, broker, or financial advisor.
The Service does not constitute financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. All simulations, analyses, edge calculations, AI-generated theses, and other outputs are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Past simulation results do not guarantee future outcomes.

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, content, and branding, is owned by Better Tomorrow Films LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
The Service displays market data from third-party prediction markets including Polymarket and Kalshi. This data is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. We are not affiliated with any prediction market platform.
The Service may use artificial intelligence to generate market analyses and edge theses. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for any trading or investment decision.
We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETTER TOMORROW FILMS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SIMULATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Better Tomorrow Films LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
